Have you ever heard of dry brushing? I’ve known about it for a while and when I started my clean eating cleanse I decided to try it before my bath. The first time I did it I just started brushing left and right and will say it left my skin really soft and exfoliated. Before my next bath I decided I would read up on the technique — as I knew there had to be more to it and sure enough I was right. It turns out there is a very specific way to try brush. Goop shared a great tutorial. They key is to use short,quick yet gentle motions and brush towards your heart, starting at your feet.
