It’s that time of year. I can’t believe Memorial day weekend is right around the corner, in fact a week from today I will be en route to the beach myself. In preparation for my trip last weekend I filled my beach bag with all of these drugstore buys:
Coppertone Dry Oil: This stuff is amazing, I wore it the whole time I was in the sun, didn’t burn at all and was left with a lovely first tan of the season (it also made my skin so soft I kept making everyone touch it).
Softlips: I hate sun burnt lips, the original version is SPF30, plus it reminds me of High School.
Neutrogena UltraSheer Sunscreen: I always put SPF30 on my face, and this is oil-free and not greasy at all.
Goody Grown Up Bobbies & Headband: Perfect for keeping your hair out of your face, or a little side braid.
No More Tangles: A must have for post-ocean wave tresses.
Great finds! I’m heading for Hawaii in a few weeks and will have to give the dry oil a try for myself.
