Target tank, skirt & necklace // J.Crew tote
One of my favorite places to shop during my pregnancy for non-maternity clothing has been Target, I just size up and have been able to fit in dresses, skirts, tanks and PJs easily. I typically find myself drawn to the styles in the Mossimo collection and when I saw this pretty little pleated skirt, I knew it would fit just right above my bump. Pleats are a big trend for spring & summer and today I’m excited to share three ways to wear a pleated skirt – from the office to a casual date night you can really dress this skirt up or down.

I picked a cotton tank in a similar shade of pink to wear with the skirt and it almost gives the illusion of a dress, it’s slim fitting so it tucks in easily. With a blazer and heels this outfit would work for the office or a meeting.

On its own this skirt & tank combo is perfect for summer travel or just running errands. The skirt is so breezy and light – it’s a comfortable outfit that also looks polished.
And you can have fun with accessories like a straw hat and colorful tote bag.

Layer on a vest for an edgier look – and added warmth if it’s cool out.
