Entertaining: Elderflower & Champagne Cocktail

It’s been a while since I’ve shared a cocktail recipe! I love elderflower and my sister and I picked up this concentrate the last time we went to Ikea. It’s non-alcoholic so you could use it with soda water for a refreshing beverage too! I thought it was festive and fun right in time for the Oscars this weekend – I can’t wait to cozy up on the couch with some truffle oil popcorn and this! Check out my other cocktail recipes here.

Elderflower & Champagne Cocktail
1oz. Elderflower liqour or concentrate (ours is from Ikea and non-alcoholic)
1 oz. Gin
Dry Champagne
Lemon to garnish

Pour gin and elderflower liquor or concentrate over ice. Top with champagne and a slice of lemon. Cheers!
