I’ve really been indulging my sweet tooth during my pregnancy and only have a few weeks left of being able to use it as an excuse to eat ice cream every night and whip up treats like this Sweet Coffee Shake! This couldn’t be easier to blend together and is the perfect sweet for a lazy weekend afternoon. I used my favorite blend of Lavazza Coffee for this recipe so my shake had a really strong, bold coffee flavor which I love. We had Cool Whip left in the freezer from a previous recipe so I used that instead of ice cream and it made my shake really light.
Sweet Coffee Shake
1 cup of brewed coffee, chilled to room temp.
1/2 cup of milk
2 cups of Cool Whip (or vanilla ice cream)
Handful of ice
Reserve 1 cup of Cool Whip and blend the other ingredients together until smooth. Pour into glass and top with remaining cup of Cool Whip.
