Bloggers Do It Better: White Out

02

May

Urban Outfitters Blazer, Thrifted skirt (last seen here), H&M tee, Target Hat, Steve Madden sandals via Marshalls, Foley & Corinna bag, vintage necklace, Target watch, heirloom bracelet

The 2nd challenge for  Bloggers Do It Better  is a study in white (the first was Colorblocking). I’m pretty excited about this new trend (see my Runway/Realway here) but my wardrobe is pretty lacking so I really really “shopped my closet” for this one. I got this hat at Target this weekend for  a big croquet match I went to with my girlfriends – the timing with the Royal wedding couldn’t have been more perfect, and everyone was wearing such fantastic hats.

Hmmm, Like the long skirt, I have one that I was going to get rid of, now I want to keep it!

Would love it, if you would stop by and see how a 45+ year old handles “White Out”—you might get a good chuckle anyway! See you there! http://stillblondeafteralltheseyears.com/2011/05/white-out-change-it-up-outfits-modeled-by-women-over-45/
