I’m sharing how and when I started to pump and create my ‘freezer stash’ of milk before going back to work.

As a follow up to yesterday’s post with our bedtime routine with Flora (at 4 weeks) I’m sharing everything I set up in our room before I go to bed every night.

Breastfeeding is one of the most stressful and nerve wracking parts of early motherhood and I’m a huge advocate of preparing before hand! While certainly there’s nothing that can compare to having your baby latch for the first time — there’s plenty you can do to educate and set yourself up for success with breastfeeding.
