The other night I asked for ideas on Instagram for Christmas Brunch and I don’t think I’ve ever had so many responses! So many of the same ideas: french toast bake, egg stratas, cinnamon rolls, monkey bread or bagel bars. Also some great other ideas I included below that were suggested. Someone also pointed me in the direction of this post on What’s Gaby Cooking with some delicious options!
I settled on the first French Toast bake below, a quiche, fruit salad and mimosas + coffee of course. My sister is making mini gingerbread scones, too! Yum!

Quiche Lorraine (skip the homemade crust & just buy one)!
Many people suggested cinnamon rolls (one of our favorites)- you can make from a can or make the night before from scratch and let them rise in the fridge overnight. This eggnog cinnamon rolls recipe looks SO GOOD!
