Last year I shared my favorite holiday cocktail — The Poinsettia and it’s so good for this time of year that I’m posting it again! We’ll be making a big pitcher for Christmas Eve — which just may be a new tradition around here :)

The Poinsettia
1/4 cup champagne
1/4 cup vodka
1/2 cup cranberry juice
Mix + garnish with sugared cranberries and rosemary.
*This recipe can easily be made for a crowd, just follow the same proportions. I use a dry champagne, but you can use any sparkling wine you prefer.
