Two weeks ago my sister Emma came over for a full day of cooking, baking + recipe creating- which is always a fun way to spend a Sunday! The next day Kate came over and snapped a bunch of pictures of our creations. We wanted to come up with a St. Patrick’s Day cocktail that was untraditional (i.e not green) and this delicious concotion is what we ended up with! Read on for the recipe!
Pot Of Gold Punch– 1 750ml bottle of white wine (we prefer Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc)
– 1/4 cup St. Germain Liqueur
– 1 cup lemonade
– Seltzer water or tonic
– Lemon slices + rosemary sprigs to garnish
Mix wine, liquer and lemonde in a pitcher. Pour and top with sparkling water or tonic and garnish!
