The Lady Guinness

 

My sister spent a semester abroad in Ireland – I never made it to visit her at school but we did a family jaunt to Dublin while Emma and I were traveling in Europe one spring. Emma said when they would go out to the bars in Galway all the little old ladies would order a 1/2 pint of Guinness with black currant juice in it! YUM! We decided to give this a twist and add a heavy splash of black currant liqour  — if you don’t like Guinness on it’s own, try it this way and you may be surprised!
