There’s nothing I love more than a cozy night in during the fall and winter months — good friends and good wine are also a plus! So for my final post with Food Should Taste Good I put together a little relaxing night — complete with 2 different kinds of flatbreads, an array of cheeses, dips, crudites and plenty of Food Should Taste Good Chips (Sweet Potato is my favorite!). It was just what I needed after a stressful and busy time leading up to our wedding & honeymoon. Stay tuned for details later this week on the tablescape and a DIY :)
We opted to skip the cocktails this time around and offer a red and white wine to our friends – simple and easy. Using a decanter really is the only way to go with red wine, you’ll be amazed at how it changes the flavor.
Keeping with our simple theme I picked out a sharp cheddar and a goat milk brie. Grapes and herbs make an easy garnish.
This flatbread was my faaaaavorite — can’t wait to share the recipes, it’s perfect for fall!
