I’m so excited to have Kara of the blog Politics & Pretty here today sharing her drugstore beauty fall faves. As I’ve said before, I love to hear what beauty bloggers & experts like from the drugstore, since they have access to all the high priced products too. Lara & Lindsay have both shared their expertise in the past. Thanks for sharing your faves Kara!
Physicians Formula Powder Palette Light Bronzer, $12 It’s hard to find a bronzer these days with a matte finish, which is why I always come back to this drugstore buy. Portable and easy to apply, just make sure you tap the brush a little before applying to the face.
Conair Porcupine Ceramic Round Brush, $8.99. For a smooth and sleek DIY blowdry, it’s all about the brush. Lightweight and easy to use, every time I use this, it’s as if I came from the salon.
L’Oreal Paris Colour Riche Le Gloss, $7.99. This gloss is my little secret when it comes to a pretty pout, not to mention conditioned lips. For a night out, layer them over your favorite fall lipstick hues or alone for a sheer coat of color.
Katy Perry Lashes by Eylure, $6.99. I never really wore false lashes until I stumbled upon this Katy Perry line and decided to give it a try. They come in a range of styles from demure to dramatic and the self-adhesive lashes are beyond easy to use and re-use. And trust me, you’ll want to re-use
Essie Mirror Metallics Collection, $8 each. I like to think of these metallic polishes as the new neutral and Essie is my go-to when it comes to a quick DIY manicure before going out for a night on the town.
