Have leftover champagne from Thanksgiving like we do? Try this super easy twist on a mimosa. Instead of acidic orange juice try sweet and seasonal apple cider. Top it off with a cinnamon sugar rim for an extra treat!
Apple Cider & Champagne With Cinnamon Sugar Rim
2 oz fresh apple cider
dry champagne
dash of bitters
cinnamon sugar for rim
Rub rim of glasses with apple cider and dip into a small plate of cinnamon sugar mixture. Add apple cider to each glass with a dash of bitters, fill with champagne and cheers!
