Happy Friday! Hope you had a great Halloween. I was a little dissapointed in our amount of trick o’ treaters last night and am left to be tempted by a basket of candy all weekend! This cocktail is perfect for a fall night — I’m thinking of making it tonight to have with this salad. My boyfriend’s parents are coming to town so we’ll be showing them around, hopefully trying out our new outdoor fire pit and making a trip to Boordy Vineyards. I’ve also been working giving my office a little makeover and hope to be ready to share a few pictures next week. Have a great weekend and continue reading for the recipe!
Cider Bourbon Cocktail
2 parts fresh cider
1 part cranberry juice
1 part bourbon
squeeze of lemon juice
Rosemary to garnish
Shake cider, cranberry juice, bourbon and lemon in a shaker and pour over ice. Garnish with rosemary!
