It’s hard for me to believe that next month is June and Mother’s Day is this weekend! Time needs to slow down, that’s for sure. For the past few years my sister and I have been making brunch for our sweet mama and obviously creating some type of mimosa concotion too. Cranberry + Lime: Mix cranberry juice, 1tsp of lime juice and garnish with lime slices.
Grapefruit: Add a small amount of grapefruit juice to a sweet sparkling wine and garnish with fresh thyme.
Citrus: Mix equal parts lemonade and orange juice with champagne and garnish with lemon slices.
Pear: Swap your OJ for pear nectar and garnish with rosemary or thyme.
