Happy Friday!! I couldn’t be happier about the week ending. I’m taking off this afternoon to spend the day with my best gal, prepping for her upcoming wedding and hanging out with our girlfriends this evening. Tomorrow my guy and I are going on wine tasting adventure with this lady and her hubby and Sunday we are helping my parents move. Hope to squeeze in a little relaxing and cocktail sipping.

Poached Blueberry Fizz (makes 1 cocktail)
1/4 cup Moscato Poached Blueberry Sauce
1.5 oz vodka
Soda water
Mint to garnish
Mix vodka and blueberry sauce in a shaker, pour over ice and top with soda water. Garnish with a mint leaf. Cheers!
