These recipes are even easier than Friday night pizza – my usual preference for the end of the week, especially now that I don’t have to fit into a wedding dress! They take under 30 minutes to make and bake and also use ingredients you likely already have on hand. These flatbreads would also be great cut up and served as appetizers this holiday season. Read on for the recipes and have a great weekend!
I love the combination of salty and sweet in this Brie + Apple Flatbread! You can head over to Glitter Guide where I shared the recipe for my Kale Ricotta Flatbread – easy way to get in your greens :)
Brie & Apple Flatbread
1/2 apple sliced & cored
Sliced brie cheese
1 tbs of honey
1 tsp of fresh thyme
Layer apples and brie on top of flatbread. Drizle honey on top and sprinkle with thyme. Bake 10-20 minutes until cheese has started to melt.
