When I lived in NYC, my roommate Sarah & I loved Motorino, our neighborhood pizza spot and their Brussels Sprout Pizza was one of our faves. After a little searching I found this recipe which I adapted a little. I used a pre-made whole wheat crust (I love the dough recipe from this book – but not a weeknight), and swapped the pancetta for the turkey bacon I had on hand. The result was light and delicious, and tasted very similar to Motorino’s!
