Happy Monday! I hope your weekend was a little more relaxing than mine! I’ve been running around like crazy getting ready for shoots, getting up before the sun to shoot and am so looking forward to this coming Friday when I can sleep in and relax!! I love to be busy but sometimes I let my diet and exercise slack off when things get stressful.  For my latest post on Style Me Pretty I collaborated with Carlene from Healthfully Ever After to share a clean eating meal plan for brides to be. Carlene had so many helpful tips for me — and over the next week I’ll be sharing all of her recipes. Her biggest suggestion was prepping ahead for meals – on Sunday night so you don’t have any excuses for making poor food choices during the week. I’ve been starting my mornings with the same green smoothie for over a year now — but this delicious blend of cherries + canteloupe is such a refreshing change and it’s so quick to make! Read on for more photos by Abby Jiu + the reicpe from Carlene!
