Good Morning Green Smoothie
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/4 pear, sliced (optional, I often omit this)
1 1/2 cup packed spinach / kale combo (with ribs removed)
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Blend together and enjoy!
*For added sweetness add a splash of coconut milk or spoonful of honey.
