Moscato Jello Parfait Recipe

For the longest time I’ve been wanting to make a grown up, more sophisticated jello shot. Enter the Moscato Jello Parfaits. Perfect post-dinner treat for spring and summer and so easy to make! 
 

 
This really isn’t even a recipe — simply substitute half of the water in the recipe on the back of a box of gelatin with moscato and prepare in small champagne saucers. You could also use a flavored jello — but using plain gelatin really allows the flavor of the moscato have center stage. I chopped up blood oranges and topped with freshly whipped cream to make a mini parfait!
