I’m hooked on their compression leggings (I have 2 pairs of the cropped version) and Emma loved their fold over yoga pants (which honestly I’d wear to the grocery store with a fleece!). We each picked up slim fitting top (ideal for this type of class) and felt ready to try something new!
I’ll have to admit, I was pretty nervous about taking the Pure Barre class — I’ve heard its tough and I’m really out of shape. I also get super anxious when taking a new class (I’ve been trying to convince myself to take spin for over a year but always chicken out) but I think having friends there who were also unfamiliar with the class helped!
And well, those rumors were true. It is tough but it’s also awesome! The class went by super quickly, and I really felt like my entire body got a great workout. I can see why people get hooked on this and how it can really help build your muscle and get you in shape– not to mention you burn around 800 calories each class!
On Caitlin: Compression Leggings + Mesh Top.
On Emma: Boot Cut Yoga Pants + Semi-Fitted tank
