My Style: Frill Hem Skirt

Good morning from NYC! I wore this outfit a few days ago and loved the ease of throwing on a soft sweatshirt with this more formal frill hem skirt. I had a break between shows the other day and made a stop at T.J. Maxx & Marshalls to check out their new fall arrivals. I tried on a ton of items from the “Runway” section at T.J. Maxx (lots of Nanette Lepore, Kate Spade and See by Chloe at the 6th Ave store) but when I spotted these pointy blue Prada heels I knew they had to be mine! Prada heels scored for under $200 at Marshalls ?!?! Now that’s a fashion week miracle!
