Mix one box spice cake mix and 1 can of pumpkin until combined. Add a few tablespoons of flour until the batter is stiff enough to form balls. Use a scoop and place on a parchment lined air fryer pan.
Air fry at 350 for ten minutes, flipping halfway.
Let cool and then coat with melted butter and roll in cinnamon sugar.
