Pumpkin Spice Milk Recipe

This is such an easy and delicious seasonal treat for your little ones – it really doesn’t get more festive than Pumpkin Spice Milk! It tastes like pumpkin pie and uses no refined sugar. You can serve it warm with whipped cream (we used coconut whipped cream in this recipe) or cold or even on ice for older kids. You can also add a shot of espresso to it and enjoy your own, healthier take on a PSL! This will become a new after-school-treat for fall around here!

Pumpkin Spice Milk

2 cups milk of your choice (We used unsweetened vanilla coconut milk)
2 tbs pumpkin puree
1 tbs agave or maple syrup
1/4 tsp cinnamon

Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and heat while whisking until warmed through. Serve in a mug or let come to room temp and then refrigerate. Top with whipped cream if your heart so desires.

*This recipe makes enough for 1 adult serving + 1 kids serving with some leftover!
