This short week has seemed to drag on forever and I couldn’t be more happy that it’s finally come to an end. I have a busy weekend ahead and hopefully can find time to relax. Tonight I’m having a long over due night on the town with Renie & Sarah starting with dinner at Ivo & Lulu (BYOB!) in Soho.
Tomorrow I’m making a Moonblush Tomato salad for brunch with some friends. My sister introduced
me to Nigella’s recipe last year and I wanted to EAT them before even knowing what they were I was so in love with the name. They are so easy & delicious and the perfect addition to a spinach salad.
I also am so behind on my movies and need to see Slumdog before Sunday , do my taxes, laundry and some serious cleaning. Happy Friday !
