Toddler Valentine’s Day Cookie Decorating Party

Over the weekend Piper had 6 of her girlfriends over for a morning of decorating heart cookies and I have to say I love how  everything turned out! I picked up these little food trays at Target — we had one already and I thought they’d be the perfect spot for decorating cookies (you can find them in the kids kitchen area and they are .79 each). I picked up the heart cookies from the bakery of a local grocery store (I ordered them ahead of time to be made without any sprinkles) and then got pre-made frosting that I put in cupcake wrappers for each child. It worked out really well to let them each frost their own cookie and then I had some sprinkle shakers for the tables to share. We also got little favor bags at Target with a few things from the Dollar Spot and bags for the kids to take their cookies home in. For the mamas I had mimosas, seltzer, lattes and bagels + strawberries. It was such a fun morning and a tradition I hope to keep up for Piper over the years!
