In honor of St. Patrick’s Day I thought I’d share one final festive recipe! Dont’ be intimated by this bread – it’s so easy to make and this recipe is the perfect excuse to bake if you’re enjoying a snow day on the East Coast like me! My sister and I whipped up an equally easy blood orange compound butter to spread on it — talk about a treat! This bread would also be delicious with a hearty soup or roast – it’s dense and rustic. Yum! Read on for the details — and if you’re looking for other St. Patrick’s Day recipes try our Chocolate Guinness Cupcakes, Pot of Gold Punch or Lady Guinness drink :)
