Beachy Frozen Yogurt Bites

These frozen yogurt bites are so yummy and sure to be a hit with your kiddos this summer! I made this frozen yogurt bark a few years ago and while it’s also fun, these are much easier to keep in your freezer and pop out when you want one!

I swear by these silicone muffin trays and have used them countless times over the last month since I bought them!

There are a few steps but kids would love to help make these frozen yogurt bites, too!

All you need is yogurt, food coloring & graham crackers! You’ll also need a shell mold and silicone muffin tray.

  1. Mix yogurt with food coloring, you can use any yogurt here but I prefer vanilla Greek yogurt to add a little extra protein.
  2. Freeze the colored yogurt in shell molds until solid. My mold is old but there are a bunch on Amazon here.
  3. Put a small amount of yogurt in the bottom of the silicone mold (about 1/2 inch high). Place the frozen sea shells on top. Add crumbled graham cracker crumbs around the edge.
  4. Freeze again until solid. Pop out and enjoy!
