DIY Calendar

Aug

Now that we know we’ll be learning from home for at least the first few months of the school year, I’ve been working to prepare! The girls are always asking me when we are doing different things throughout the week so I knew I wanted to come up with a calendar that would allow them to not only work more on understanding the days of the week – but give them a glance at what they have to look forward to!

To make the calendar I painted a $10 corkboard with white acrylic paint and then printed everything off and stuck it through my laminator. I used a combination of velcro and magnets to stick everything and glitter stickers to write out “Today Is” that I picked up at the craft store.

You can get the free calendar printables here! There is a set of neutral days of the week in addition to the colors shown in the images above!
