Smirnoff Ice is a great addition to any summer party — a great, refreshing alternative for non-beer drinkers!
Cherry Mojito With Smirnoff Ice
Frozen cherries
Mint leaves
Lime juice
2 ounces light rum
Smirnoff Ice
1/4 tsp Sugar
First gently puree your frozen cherries. You want them semi-intact. Set aside. Next muddle a few mint leaves and 1 teaspoon of lime juice with 1/4 tsp. sugar in the bottom of each glass. Fill with ice, add a spoonfull of frozen cherries, and the rum and top with Smirnoff Ice.
I served this Greek Style Baked Feta and promptly made it the following night again for friends. We devoured it within minutes — and again it’s so easy to put together I see it on my summer menu’s from here on out!
Greek Style Baked Feta
2 cups of cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cups of kalamata olives, chopped
1 tsp dried oregeno
2 tbs. fresh parsley, chopped
1 block of feta
Mix together chopped tomatoes, olives, oregeno and parsley. Set the block of feta in an oven-proof dish and top with the tomato olive mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until soft. Serve with sturdy crackers or pita chips.
