Natural Beauty Gifts

 

This year I’ve been stumped with gift ideas for more than one person on my list – in fact I’m pretty behind in my shopping considering Christmas is next week! I did a little thinking while I was in the beauty aisle of Target this week looking for new shampoo and thought it would be so nice to spoil a girlfriend with a gift basket of everyday products she could actually use like body wash, scrub, conditioner etc. When packaged in a pretty basket and tied with a bow my gift came together so nice and I thought I would share a few tips for putting together this type of ‘every day gift’ basket. 

 

 

1. Pick a theme. Sure bath & body is a great idea but I took it one step further and selected all natural products that are natural, sulfate and paraben-free. (I didn’t realize Target would have such a large assortment of products to pick from that fit this bill). 

 

2. Find a basket that your products will fill completely – there’s nothing worse than giving someone a gift basket that doesn’t look “full”. If you need to prop items up with tissue paper to make them the right height that works too!

 

3. Try to pick colors that go together – this will make your gift basket an eye pleaser. 

 

4. Add fresh flowers and ribbon to dress it up, you aren’t wrapping it after all!
