Guys, I’m so excited to share this pilates challenge with you today!! This month is all about self-care for me and taking care of my body again is so important. I was introduced to Robin of The Balanced Life when I put a call out on social media for suggestions of workouts to do at-home in my postpartum period and several people suggested her pilates videos. I have loved pilates for years and find it’s such an effective workout for me because I notice a difference in my body within weeks if I stick with it. I’ve started trying to fit in Robin’s workouts the past few weeks (though admittedly I haven’t been on a regular routine yet) and was so excited to hear about her Mind Body Pilates Challenge which kicks off on February 19th. You can strengthen your body and calm your mind in this 10 day challenge — it’s FREE and every workout is 15 minutes or less! I’m going to do the challenge – and would love for you to do it with me so we can cheer each other on! I haven’t done anything like this in years — and hope I can keep it up every day for 10 days straight and I’m also hoping this is the boost I need to get back into a regular workout routine!
