I made these last year but neglected to get them up on the site and they are too good not to share forever! My girls are BIG fans of these creamy, delicious sugar-free ‘shakes’. They make the perfect afternoon snack for a pregnant lady, too!
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup of ice
1 pitted date, chopped
1 cup of vanilla dairy-free, unsweetened milk
1 tbs cacao powder
1 tbs nut or seed butter
Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Top with whip cream if you’re feeling extra!
