Sugar-Free Green Yogurt Pops

Feb

I share a lot of sugary sweet treats for every holiday but always try to find a liiiiitle bit of balance! Earlier this week I made smoothie pops and my girls are big fans! Instead of using a popsicle mold for these I used an oversized silicone ice cube tray and then popped a paper straw (cut in half) in as the stick. Easy peasy!

You can use your favorite green smoothie recipe, I don’t have exact measurements but here’s what I put in ours:

+Frozen mango (roughly 1 cup)
+1 Banana
+Dairy free-milk (roughly 1 cup, but if it’s a thicker formula like Ripple Milk or Soy Milk I will add more/add water too)
+Large scoop of plain, un-sweetened yogurt
+Big, huge handful of spinach
