Summer Reading List

I started the year on a huge reading kick but fell off the wagon the last few months as work over-took my life!! I’ve enjoyed reading again more and can’t wait to spend more time on my Kindle once our baby arrives! There are SO MANY GREAT BOOKS available right now just in time for summer reading! I haven’t tried to summarize them all here for you but just click on the title for the description! I also started an Amazon shop full of summer book ideas that I’ll add to over the summer.

Untamed by Glennon Doyle : I have yet to read a book by Glennon Doyle but have heard incredible things about her recent memoir.

Happy And You Know It by Laura Hankin: My friend Brittany is reading this right now and sending it to me when she’s done, I can’t wait to read it.

The Vanishing Half by Brit Bennett

Summer Darlings by Brooke Lea Foster: This is RIGHT up my alley and looks like the perfect beach read!

All Adults Here by Emma Straub: I just got this hardcover in the mail as a treat to myself, I love all of Emma Straub’s books!

The Two Lives Of Lydia Bird by Josie Silver

In Five Years by Rebecca Serle: This unexpected love story has quickly jumped to the top of my list, I think it’s going to be my next read!

Hidden Valley Road: Inside The Mind Of An American Family : I like to mix up reading fiction & non-fiction and this book about an American family with 12 children (six of which have schizophrenia) sounds captivating.

Open Book by Jessica Simpson: I wasn’t expecting to be interested in reading Jessica Simpson’s memoir, but another non-fiction pick that I keep hearing such great things about!!
