I have such a sweet tooth and always like to have baked goods lingering in our cabinet shelves to grab in the morning to eat with my coffee (before my green smoothie, of course!). I made these super easy vanilla baked donuts a few weeks back and we ate them pretty quickly as they don’t keep that well (the glaze gets a little soggy). I used this recipe and swapped coconut butter spread + coconut milk in place of the dairy. For the glaze I also used coconut milk and topped with sweetened coconut and sprinkles. This is a fun treat to make on Valentine’s Day morning and you can even let the kids decorate their own donuts. Enjoy!
