Our life changed last weekend when I tried making sheet pan pancakes for the first time. SOOO easy and tasty! The best part is you can top them with whatever you have on hand, whether that be fruit or chocolate :)
To make sheet pan pancakes, simply make your favorite pancake recipe (we are currently making this vegan recipe because of Flora’s food allergies and you can’t even tell it’s vegan) and let it rise for 5 minutes. Grease a sheet pan and top the batter with your favorite toppings, then bake your pancake for 10-15 minutes at 425!
